This is a really sad commentary on what is considered "manly" in our culture today.

@RustyClaymore. I tend to agree. Even the word is nothing more than a social construct. Back in the day, being a philosopher and a poet might make you "manly."

Manly just doesn't get any manlier than the Man in Black himself.

It makes for some good laughs though.

Oh wait, even humor is a social construct... . I must be a philosopher. Does that make me manly?

But seriously, manliness in this culture isn't very representative of what God intended men to be. And I'm not just saying that because I'm getting tired of Chuck Norris jokes.

Incidentally, I can't see why people think he's so manly? Maybe it's his beard. The beard is somehow symbolic of manliness (though it could be symbolic of laziness to shave one's face). But if it's the tough things Chuck Norris does that make people think he's so manly, I've got a clip of a big fat guy you should watch:

And here's with the two of them:

it shouldn't be in goof off, the point of this thread is to show how manly the men here are, and if we are able to have a billion MLP pics here, we're real men!

I go watch chick flicks with girls.
And this I pray, that your love would abound still, more and more with real knowledge and all discernment. Be prepared to preach the gospel at a moment's notice. Do you know the gospel well enough to do so yourself? Be ready.

Here, this is highly needed in this thread >:-)...

...

Ok, fine - so we need to post something truly "manly"? Then I hate to break it to all the Ryuken Storm fans, but... he doesn't have anything on this:

http://youtu.be/2Lu7MNGe_yI

So... given that my fursona is part red-panda (and part Artic Fox, making me an Artic Firefox :D), and I own a TTGL flag (and have flown it in front of our house replacing the American Flag during my graduation), what does that mean?

Last Halloween I carved the TTGL symbol into a pumpkin. When I dropped a candle inside and saw it glowing in the night I almost cried. I should have taken a picture.

I painted a pumpkin with poorly drawn Kamina glasses on one side and a Majora's Mask on the other.
Proof in the photos.
