You may be a CAA Addict if....

Talk about anything in here.

You think that other members that have had their avatars for a really long time actually look like their avs.

Does anyone actually think I look like my avatar?

However, I do think Gypsy looks like Yuffie and UC looks like Sepheroth. That kind of makes me wonder if they get along all right in staff meetings.

Well there was the little issue with the materia ... but we've since worked that out. (They still make us check our weapons at the door, though.)

I'd say that one diagnosis of CAA addiction is when one begins substituting the word "the" with the word "teh".

*starts singing* "For it's work all day for the sugar in your teh..."

Uh... *points at Ink and ShiHi* ...tehy started it. ^_^; *runs away*

Well I've come to think of Ingemar looking like Wolfwood...And even though he doesn't have them anymore I think of Ronin Of Kirai as one of the Ninja Turtles...Maybe Donny...And UC is Sephiroth...I could die my hair black and cut it a tiny bit and cosplay Shatterheart really well. Also to cosplay Oldphil you can just walk around wispering to computers.

You may be a CAA Addict if you still think that teh Melody Maker is a girl, even after both the Mods and MM him(Her)self tells you otherwise.

You may be a CAA Addict if one of your first five posts was a message to the mods telling them how awesome CAA was (I am so guilty of that....)

You may be a CAA Addict if you actually own anything they sell from Cafe Press.

You may be a CAA addict if for Social Studies, when you were told to write a report on a great leader, you couldn't decide between Ashley, Shatterheart, UC, and Ink, so did reports for them all.

You may be a CAA Addict if you form a group of OFFICIAL CAA Knights, or belong to it, even when clearly the owner/manager/leader is a frazzled teenager with too much time on his hands, who never updates. (Ouch, that hurt..)

ROFL, YES!!! I'm no doctor (con un diccionario bilingue como nuestro residente Shoo) but I'd have to say that the Cafe press, and the ever-present 'teh' would be THE defining criteria for being a CAA addict.

Also, I might have to start calling you Senor Shoo. Or maybe just Zapato. Yes. Zapato it is.

"El Duffo o el muerte!" -- Fidel Castro in the Simpsons

No, I'm definitely no Zapatista. Just ask your local MeCHA. (Ingemar will instantly recognize this group; they positively infest the literature department.)

That's "El Duffo u el muerte." And it's MEChA.

I'm not Zapatista either. And that horrid little hut on Scholar's Drive South should be used as a termite snack, for all I care. (Shoob should know what I'm talking about. If not, PM me).

Ahh anime people how I love thee. So quick to argue over the most minute of details (Like who played the voice actor for so-and-so in the first 6 episodes of such-and-such series before somebody got replaced, etc.).
Seriously though, you're Dr. Zapato now (I'm never going to tire of saying that).

No, it should still be "o el Muerte" -- o->u only occurs before another word starting with o. http://spanish.about.com/cs/grammar/qt/y_o.htm

Right about MEChA, he equivocado  ... now everyone's going to wonder why we're talking about a strangely capitalized robot. I thought there already *were* termites in the CC, though. I know there's a lot of rats ... *ahem*

. . .

Je ne comprend pas.
Every year in Uganda, innumerable children simply. . . disappear. These children all stolen under the cover of darkness from their homes and impressed into the guerilla armies of the LRA [Lord's Resistance Army]. In the deserts of Uganda, they are forced to witness the mindless slaughter of other children until they themselves can do nothing but kill. Kill. These children, generally ranging from ages 5-12, are brainwashed into murdering in the name of the resistance and into stealing other children from their beds to suffer the same fate.

Because of this genocide of innocence, hundred and hundreds of children live every night sleeping in public places miles from their homes, because they know that if the do not-- they will disappear. They will become just another number in this genocide to which the international community has chosen to turn a blind eye. They will become, in affect, invisible-- Invisible Children.

But there are those who are trying to fight against this slaughter of Uganda's children. They fight to protect these "invisible children." Please, help them help a country full of children who know nothing by fear. Help save the innocence. For more information concerning how you can help and how you can get an incredible video about this horrific reality, visit the Invisible Children home page.

Nothing. I just don't get a chance to say "mean Canadian" in French very often. I thought this was a great oppotunity.

And.. I didn't understand your last sentence. Sorry!!

It's the stupid babel fish's fault (Babel fish is a translation site). It says some of the funniest things. I was trying to remember how to say "mean" in french and it instead offered me the word for wet. I don't know what the deal is.

The sentence was suppose to say "Stop laughing!"

You're a CAA junkie if you learn a foreign language so you can converse with bi-lingual members.
