Ah... well, the word 'wry' is actually a word on its own -e.g, 'a wry smile'. In that case, at least where I live and how we pronounce things, we'd pronounce it like 'rye'.

As for the shortened version I sometimes use: 'Psoph', I like to think of it as being 'Pee' (as in the letter, though I imagine with a wince how many people are going to grin at the spelling. ) 'Sohf'. So... 'P-Soph'.

agasfas ... To be honest I don't even know what the "correct" pronunciation would be. I think it was originally a mnemonic of some sorts that I created for one of my classes but I don't quite remember. The only reason I kept name as long as I have is because I realized that every letter was on the same side and row of the keyboard so I can type it quickly and w/o having to lift my hand up.
