What did you dress up as for All Hallows Eve?

Talk about anything in here.

I dressed up as a witch for my college classes and work; my math teacher said she'd give us 3 extra points on our math test if we dressed up. ^^ It was neat, because the girl I work with dressed up like a witch too. My costume mostly consisted of clothes from my closet, like a black skirt and blouse. I also wore a Halloween vest and some black lace up granny boots(that killed my feet after about half a day). The only thing I wore that wasn't just normal clothes was this cute witch hat, that was like all bent over(reminded me of something from Harry Potter).

Its fun to hear that other "grown ups" dressed up as well. My wings were annoying and itchy by the end of the night, but I made people smile, and had a good time.

I dressed up as "a guy who wears some dorky flight suit and hands out candy - when he's not swearing at his PS2 for refusing to get past a certain cut scene in FF7."

Heh.

Sorry about my 1st post. Even though no one pointed it out, I just wanted to get across that I would look like a bumbling idiot.

Myoti: I can understand not many people would know who you were other than little kids (STUPID DUB!), but that would make a sick costume. Someone went as Saskue? He must have had fun with his hair.

I saw the sickest costume of all time: A guy had a black tea shirt that read "COSTUME" on it.

I went as myself, scared the heck out of everyone!

Just kidding. I don't celebrate Holloween. :hits_self
But whatever gain I had, I counted as loss for the sake of Christ. Indeed, I count everything as loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For his sake I have suffered the loss of all things and count them as rubbish, in order that I may gain Christ and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which comes through faith in Christ, the righteousness from God that depends on faith-- that I may know him and the power of his resurrection, and may share his sufferings, becoming like him in his death, that by any means possible I may attain the resurrection from the dead.

Healing hands of God have mercy on our unclean souls
once again. Jesus Christ, Light of the World, burning
bright within our hearts forever. Freedom means love
without condition, without beginning or an end. Here's
my heart, let it be forever Yours, only You can make
every new day seem so new.

I dressed up as this cute girl with ribbons in her hair. People said I looked just like her.
Every year in Uganda, innumerable children simply. . . disappear. These children all stolen under the cover of darkness from their homes and impressed into the guerilla armies of the LRA [Lord's Resistance Army]. In the deserts of Uganda, they are forced to witness the mindless slaughter of other children until they themselves can do nothing but kill. Kill. These children, generally ranging from ages 5-12, are brainwashed into murdering in the name of the resistance and into stealing other children from their beds to suffer the same fate.

Because of this genocide of innocence, hundred and hundreds of children live every night sleeping in public places miles from their homes, because they know that if the do not-- they will disappear. They will become just another number in this genocide to which the international community has chosen to turn a blind eye. They will become, in affect, invisible-- Invisible Children.

But there are those who are trying to fight against this slaughter of Uganda's children. They fight to protect these "invisible children." Please, help them help a country full of children who know nothing by fear. Help save the innocence. For more information concerning how you can help and how you can get an incredible video about this horrific reality, visit the Invisible Children home page.

So here I am, dressed as a 'generic Roman woman.'

I made the costume all by myself, no pattern, just a reference picture and rather vague details on how it was made.

I n September of 2012 Megaroad-01 was launched with an escort of fleet of zentraedi warships. From that point on the mass-production of the Megaroad -class colony ship began and soon long-range colony fleets were routinely being launched from earth solar system at a rate of 1-2 per year.
In September of 2022 Megaroad-19 colony ship with it’s escort fleet left earth and headed south fifteen degrees to the right of the southern star. On a mission with three objection; One to search for a planet to colonize, two to see what the rim of the galaxy looks like, three to see if any zentraedi fleets are out there. On July 21, 2025 Megaroad-19 entered its ninth star system and named it the sierra system.
Orbiting the third planet is an asteroid that was some ten miles in size, and a moon that was named Karla.
