I say ketchup also, and the part of me that's American is quite Yankee.

Anyway, ketchup better cold. Warm ketchup = teh yuck.

Now that most of you have voted, I will tell you my stance on the issue. I feel that it needs to be refridgerated. My roomate, who has joined CAA, but only has one post feels that it doesnt need to be. Thank you for showeing that 2 thrids of anime fans think ketchup should be kept in a fridge.

I checked one at the store, and it didn't say either way. But it was a different brand. xD

Siggy checked a site, so I guess that's more authoritative anyway. ^^

it isn't in an obvious place
I had to search the bottle for it

I trust the bottle more than a FAQ off a website...but, that is just me

I grew up eating ketchup that lived in the cupboard and never knew the difference until a roommate of mine in college kept it in the refrigerator. Now I personally wouldn't go back to warm ketchup.

Besides...there is NOTHING better, in my opinion, than to get out the Fry Daddy, fry some fresh french fries, and eat them steaming hot with some nice cold ketchup in the side <3

I think ketchup doesn't need refrigeration for a practical reason I've observed: restaurants leave ketchup bottles on the table and the government hasn't called them on it - and regarding temperatures, from what I understand, the government is very strict. Certain types of food have to be HOT or COLD to the degree otherwise the restaraunt is given a warning - so if the ketchup is still out there, I figures it's okay.

But I prefer mine cold. <3
