CAA: Christian Anime Alliance

I dropped out quietly around 2011 because I felt I was the weird out of place old guy (52) on a young person forum. I logged in today out of sheer boredom and note a post where anime fans over 25 do exist. (where were you all the time).

So I going to stick around for a while.

As for what I am doing, If any you are in the Portland Oregon Vancouver WA area, you might have seen me at Wonder North West, NewCon, Orycon and Kumoircon as the guy that carries around ether a giant Hello Kitty or Chococat Plush. (to whit http://www.furry.asinglelion.com/)
For the last three years at Kumoricon (anime) I ran the Otaku over 25 panel, a panel for older anime fans. I will be doing the same this year and submit a furry & Anime panel.

My laptop's power source is busted, so I'm not going to be on here until sometime in the middle of next week.

I'm back! I've been gone from CAA for quite a while. My old bookmark for the site didn't even work! A lot seems to have changed, but it looks cool! I'm not sure how often I'll be on since I have a lot of stuff to do in the real world, but it's nice to pop in here every now and again.

Well I'm technically back after an amazing European holiday and a not so amazing knee injury + surgery, but my laptop has mostly died so I don't know how much I'll actually be around until that's sorted out unfortunately. Also I haven't been watching that much anime, so you know, not much to contribute really...

Don't know if I was missed, but I've been gone since May. I'm back and plan to get more involved.

A few years ago, I kind of left CAA, but came back close to a year later. With everything going on in my life right now and wanting to push more into my photography work. I feel that it is time to retire from CAA. I'm more or less one of the older member in age, I feel that as I get older, it is just not for me anymore. I will always remember the good and bad times that have happen here at CAA with a good heart. This was the only board that I even came out and said about my heart problems and that I have AIDS! I have always been welcome here and have made good friends over the years. Just remember that, even when are dealing a bad hand in life, never give up on your faith and God!

I don't think I'll be able to be on much over the next few weeks/months. I'm getting married and moving back to America, then we're moving around to different cities within America, before we move back to Japan. As such I don't know what my time limitations/internet provider conditions are going to be like. Love you guys, and I wish you all well.
