I hate to cry

Talk about anything in here.

I hate to cry

Postby bakura_fan » Sat Dec 17, 2005 1:50 pm

If I feel the need to cry I'll block it and stuff it. I hate it for amny reasons. 1) if I'm in a public place it brings too much attention.
2) if it's something small I see no need to cry over it.
3) no matter how long it's been since my last cry, once I start crying, my eyes get puffy...my eyes sting for two days....my stomach hurts...and I get a headache.

Not sure why I'm making this thread, just felt like telling I guess...

I block it in public places, like you said it draws to much attention. I've cried in my friends car, and she didnt even know, mainly because I quickly wiped my tears away.

Like I said before, it's strange, because you dont want anyone to know, yet you hope someone notices and wil care. Most of my crying is done in my room, so I know no one sees me, except God.

well...>_> the only time I cry is when I forget God's looking...then when I remmeber I immediately stop. unless I'm un a weak moment and cry anyway...

guess that's another reason....I hate being or feeling weak.

Yeah, I know He sees me, but I still cry, because If I could actually see Him, I would cry to Him. But, whenever I do that, I always smile afterwards, sometimes its just good to get it out.

Crying is good for you. I do from time to time, and I'm a guy. Yeah, it's a bad thing in public, but elsewhere, there isn't anything wrong with it.

I cry way too much, when I'm mad/frustrated/tired/hurt, etc. But it is usually at home, and I'm pretty good at hiding it at school. My poor boyfriend has seen me cry like 5 times and my best friend of 14 years has hardly ever seen it. But then, I've seen my boyfriend cry twice as well...

what fireproof said is very true it is good to cry... i too cry from time to time and im a guy as well...theres no reason not to and after crying im usually over what i was crying about i dont even care if i cry in public, let others think what they want to think about me let them talk..i can be called weak but sometimes it takes a real man to cry..and besides sometimes the attention brings someone to hear you out.
Love is that feeling you get when a girl looks at you and it feels like your driving a car at high speeds and experience a sudden drop. You know what i mean? That sudden sinking feeling you get in your stomach? Yeah, that's love. Leave's you speechless everytime.

IMO, crying is somewhat of a blessing. It's a release for when something bad happens. Been years since I last cried, and years before that since I cried then. It was a good reminder of how weak I was and how that no matter how hard I try, my strength alone cannot bring a person to Christ.

As much as I hate to cry, I do anyway. If I don't, (as with anyone) a chemical builds up in my system. I don't know if it has a different affect on different people, but it makes me sick. I figure I'd rather cry than get sick. *shrug*

I don't cry from sadness often, but when I am strongly moved by something I will get teary-eyed (as compared to really crying).

Indeed, crying is bad in public (but in my case it's bad around family too). And whenever I do (not often) I think it's better for me to cry alone.

Yes, it is a weird feeling. Sometimes I wish I could run into God's arms and cry. Or atleast have someone hold me while I cry. But, then, I can't really explain why im crying, and I know they would want to know.

I also tend to get teary-eyed when something moves me, or if I see someone else cry it makes me cry sometimes. I don't like to let people see me cry but sometimes I can't hold back the tears and it just happens.

The most common time I cry these days is when I take my contacts out. Every once in a while that I do so, I start. I think my eyeballs are dried out. Other than that, I try to be John Wayne about it and never cry (in public). There are times I want to, but I can stop myself. What is really cool, is that at least one of my tear ducts (maybe both) can work in reverse. Meaning, I can blow smoke/air/milk out of my eye. Maybe one day I'll have somebody film it for all you voyeuristic types.

Crying is bad in public because you have to answer all sorts of annoying but well-intentioned questions.

The only thing, other than real events/circumstances, that I cry at is songs. I think I've cried at the movies maybe three times and once or twice at a book.

Last time I cried was arguing with my Mom about insecurity.

I cry alone because it's rather ugly, but I'd rather not. It's really hard to tell someone that I have cried or what I'm feeling. It takes a lot to get me to cry. The feelings have to build up all day. I don't even know of anyone knows when I cry.
