Anyone here like roller coasters?

Talk about anything in here.

Well I do have this thing about heights and vertigo.Though this thread kinda reminds me of the Zatch Bell ep.where Kyo and Megumi take Zatch and Tia on a date to the carnival and both Zatch and Tia want to go on this roller coaster but it ends up that they're too short and they each have a fit.Then after the battle of the
week they end up going on this airplane ride,Zatch is ok with it but Tia freaks out when Zatch and Megumi make it wobble.

Funny that this thread was created within days of this movie's DVD release:

Was it really? I didn't realize that. :lol: (Never was much for horror/thriller movies. Never even saw the FD movies, except about a half hour of the first one and I hated it.). I only started the thread when I did cause I'd just gone to Six Flags Great Adventure a couple of days before, and I wanted to know if anyone else shared my love for coasters. :cool:

No, I can't stand rollercoasters. I absolutely hate going up/down. My stomach churns unbearably...I must have a weak stomach. On the other hand, I love rides that spin.

Blech, I'm the opposite. I HATE rides that spin. I can't do even the simplest ride, like a ferris wheel. They make me so sick. I don't quite get it myself - why I can handle a seemingly out-of-control coaster, but not a ferris wheel or carousel... :sweat:

I absolutely love rollercoasters. The bigger, faster, and more likely to die you are, the better. I'm kind of a speed freak that way. e.e;

I love roller coasters! ^^ I wanted to ride Rockin Roller Coaster in MGM again this year, but it was closed the day I went. :( I think it was closed cause of the weather or something. I wish it wouldn't rain so much! *pouts*

I LOVE Rollercoasters! The biggest rollercoasters I got on were Superman: Ride of Steel, Batwing, Two Face: The Flip Side, Storm Runer, and Great Bear. I also rode ALL Jolly Rancher (which is the max hieght and intensity for a ride at Hersheypark) rollercoasters and ALMOST all the rollercoasters at Sixflags America (except for Joker's Jinx because the ride kept breaking down everytime I get in line for it or it is either closed) I don't remember getting on the rollercoasters at King's Diminion, but I did get on huge rides there like the Drop Zone.

I want to go to Cedar Point to ride their rollercoasters because they have the largest collection of world record-breaking rollercoasters there.

Sai wrote:YAY Cedar Point!! I luv rollercoasters. Not the spinning ones though.. bleh. I also do prefer the newer metal ones over the old wood ones. My favorite is either Dragster (0-120 m.p.h in 4 seconds w/ a 400 ft. drop) or the millenium force (310 ft. tall w/ top speed of 93 m.p.h). I like the parts when you fly up in your seat and stay airborne for an extended period of time.

yeah, i've been on both of those! roller coasters are really fun! i've been to cedar point many times. ^^ the raptor is a fun one as well since your feet are dangling, and it has lots of loops. :dance: those three are my three favorites! :)
