Sit-ups and crunches

Postby Destroyer2000 » Sun Jun 18, 2006 6:18 pm

What is the proper way to do sit ups and crunches? My friend was telling me their is a certain way to do it, so that you don't hurt your back. I've looked up how, but the instructions don't make sense. Anyone mind telling how to do it in a simplified way?
