How do you challenge someone to one of the arcade games?

Perhaps this should have gone into goof-off, or been asked via PM, but the only way I know of to challenge someone in the arcade is to click on their screenname here on the boards (like after I post this, you could just click on my screenname) and that opens a dropdown menu and one of the options is to challenge that member to the Arcade.
