He ran at me. I jumped and kicked.
I went flying backward upon impact.
I'm glad I knew how to roll to avoid landing painfully. (No idea where I learned that.)
So I didn't really get hurt, but I could have. The other kids in the class had been there for weeks and they weren't very flexible, and still couldn't get the easy punches and kicks down. So I don't think he was a very good teacher. I dunno, maybe the other kids were stupid.
I don't think that guy was very experienced with teaching kids... That was my first, and last lesson ever. I would love to get more, but they're too expensive... And it's hard to find a good place to train.
