The Pacific Coast of Nicaragua was settled as a Spanish colony from Panama in the early 16th century. Independence from Spain was declared in 1821 and the country became an independent republic in 1838.

This is the flag - Image

The link is in the code.

I also used to know a nice girl from Nicaragua, and her sister. Tried to teach me to dance, but alas, to no avail.

I also have a feeling I wont be in the race long. :(

Probably because it is one of the poorest countries (50% of the country lives below the poverty line), Nicaragua has a rather unimpressive literacy rate (just over 67%)

Steelbeliever
SteelTemplar
Icarus
Jaltus-Bot
Batosai

If these racers don't check in by Wednesday at 5:00 PM, then they're all eliminated. Every single one. That's 48 hours to check in, which should be adequate.

EDIT: Whoops, forgot what day it was. :eyeroll: So, uh... Yeah. All of the above are eliminated. Sorry, guys! For all of you still in, the next round starts tomorrow.

So I was the last to check in on the first checkpoint? Oh, this doesn't look too good for me. Oh well. I'm still in for now. Good luck to everyone anyway. :)
