Not a moment too soon. I don't think I could take another day of withdrawal.

Yes, I believe we are only "sort of" back. Servers can be quite finicky. Props to Old Philiosipher.

thank goodness it's back! Good job! But bummer about no banners now. :shady: I noticed yesterday, while the whole forum was down, that if you clicked on the "Anime board" or General board" (on the left hand side when you just get to the CAA homepage) they worked and were still up! Of course, no one knew this, so no new posts. Just thought I'd tell ya'll that. ;)

I started sucking my thumb, rocking back and forth while muttering "CAA is ok, CAA is ok, CAA is ok" after a few hours without CAA.

This place is truly a blessing though and be in continued prayer.

And I would also like to give personal thanks for the hard work and consistent labor of our good friend "Oldphilosopher." Also, I ended up wasting my whole time that I would've spent here on CAA reading his jokes page yesterday. Man, am I pitiful, or what?

Oh, somebody mentioned that you could navigate the boards after it went down. Yes, you could navigate them. No, you could not post or edit posts. I know; I watched Kanrad try several times.
Take it like you gave it; what else matters in the end? To be honest, it's all a one-shot test; that leaves plenty of places to go wrong, but how will you ever know? There's a pointer, I will admit. Turn it on, listen to it, feel it burn.

At-Close Paren-Right inclusive bracket-Tilde. Thanks to CAA mods. Taken from Jaden Mental's sig.

I'm nobody. Are you nobody too?
Don't tell, they'd banish us you know.
How dreary to be somebody,
How public, like a frog
to tell your name the livelong day
to an admiring bog
