Well, what do you need help in? It's hard to help when we don't know what to question is.
Did you need suggestions about your banner? If so...
Should you us it as your banner... SUre, if you want, it looks fine.
Size... it's fine. Though it may look better if the blue border was brought closer to outline the center pic and text. There's a lot of empty space. Or perhaps ditch the blue border all together. Either way, there is a lot of empty space. Though, some may differ, it's all a matter of personal opinion.
Color: Looks good, can't suggest anything
