Ditto. (Go Greg GO!)
Depend on it. God's work done in God's way will never lack God's supply. He is too wise a God to frustrate His purposes for lack of funds, and He can just as easily supply them ahead of time as afterwards, and He much prefers doing so.

I remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?" "Well," said Coach, "you never were really ON the team. You made that uniform you're wearing out of rags and towels, and your helmet is a toy space helmet. You show up at practice and then either steal the ball and make us chase you to get it back, or you try to tackle people at inappropriate times." It was all true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach. He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can mold. But that's when I felt the handcuffs go on.

I did the presentation today. Very nervous but I got positive feedback from the professor so that's a good sign  Thank you all so much for your participation :)

I'll tell you all more details after class.

Oops, hee hee :red: After Thanksgiving break arrived I completely forgot about this

Well, here's the "abstract" of my project that I typed for my professor:

[quote]My presentation on Chapter 13 (Social Psychology and Business) is focused on leadership in a business setting, such as an office. However, topics discussed in my portion of the chapter can refer to any organization.

Topics that I discuss in my presentation include the meaning of leadership, the different categories and/or types of leaders, and issues involving women as leaders. More specifically, my presentation features an in-depth look at contingency models of leadership, normative models of leadership, transactional and transformational leaders, and leadership among women. I also chose to give several terms and their definitions to help the audience to grasp a better understanding of these topics.

In addition, my presentation also features a study that I created myself. The purpose of this study was to determine what characteristics/leadership styles people thought to be most effective in the workplace. Participants were given a description of four candidates. Each of these candidates exhibited favorable as well as unfavorable characteristics. Some of these candidates possessed more or less of a characteristic than others. The study consists of one question: “From each of the following descriptions who makes a better leader in the workplace?â€
