Seems pretty meh actually... rather bland and generically cute for the repository of all 'common' knowledge, and low on the references to its look and design.

Wikipe-tan? I've known about her for several months now. In fact, whilst trying to learn of her, I stumbled across the OS-tans (Chibi forms of different Operating Systems), as well as a whole mess of other -tans.
