Like I said on the shouts, congrats, my friend! It's a great experience. :) I remember mine very fondly...

The choice has been made. There's no looking back. I won't let up, back up, give up, or shut up. My focus clear. My path is straight. My God, reliable. I'm a disciple of Christ.

Gods plan is like the sun. its too big and bright to look at directly, and sometimes the rain clouds cover it, but sometimes the plan dapples through the clouds and we can see beautiful glimpses of what he has in store for us.

I was baptized when i was 14, and it's great. There are certain advantages to being baptized when you can remember it. Enjoy it buddy. It's the best experience you can ever have.

Way to go! I remeber it took me a while to make my public confession of faith, I just felt embarrased going up there by myself. But I saw a performance by the Power Team, and at the end lots of people went up to make their public confession, and I did too.

I was baptised when I was 10, 11, 12...one of those three years. Not sure. There was this one lady in my church who wanted to be baptised immediately, and they had to go and break the ice on the pool before they could. (This was before my church got the baptismal in the back after a few renovations.)

yeah!! Go locke! We just a baptism a week ago where one of my best friends and his girlfrined and her sister were baptized. I still need to.

I feel I need to get some stuff right in my life ebfore I can make a public confession of faith. However, I was baptized as a infant in luthern church but that doesn't count

Awesome, awesome! Nice to hear, man! I myself, actually...was baptized about a year ago. There were a lot of different reasons it took me so long, being that I was saved in high school, and throughout many years after I was sort of restricted and repressed in my spiritual growth.... Thankfully, I finally gained freedom, found a nice church, and got a very heart-felt pastor. I apparently was one of the first people he ever baptized. It was honestly a really great day when I became baptized...as it is for everyone, I'm sure, when they are. :thumb:

Good for you. But remember, baptism is a sign and a seal, it calls you to profess your faith before all mankind.
