Chat trouble

Whenever I try to get into the Chat, this box comes up immediatly saying: "Click to run an ActiveX control on this webpage"

But when I press ok, it says that it has encountered a prob and needs to close...and close it does. XD Ummm...any idea what I am doing wrong? Thanks ^.^;;
