Traveling

I feel sorta silly asking this as a prayer request but with time short and things not looking good its always worth a shot. My bestest friend (Drackner on CAA) lives out in NC and I'm here on MD. We've been trying to plan on get together some time but we haven't been able to chat for the past few weeks. Now with Easter vacation coming up things look like there is an opening. Problem. I leave for New York the 8th and come abck the 12th, his break starts the 9th and lasts til the 18th. I can't exactly skip going to New York because I haven't seen family in awhile and my cousin is really looking forward to seeing me and help her make plans for her wedding. Its the 5th now and there are really only 3 days left to cram as much research and information I can get. His mother says I'm welcomed anytime, my parents say the same. We've been friends for over 2 years (online actually but still one of the two people I've known for more then a year). *takes a breath* In short I suppose I'm asking for God's will to be shown to me. If He wants me and Michael to hang out finally for a few days that'll be great, I really don't want to have to wait til June because in July I'm going to NC for a family vacation but he's going to Italy to visit family for a month. *takes another breath* Okay, I think that about sums this up. Thank you ^^

Life is but an empty dream!
For the soul is dead that slumbers,
and things are not what they seem.
Life is real! Life is earnest!
And the grave is not its goal;
Dust thou art; to dust returnest,
Was not spoken of the soul."

I'll be praying Raven. Have fun on your trip!

The choice has been made. There's no looking back. I won't let up, back up, give up, or shut up. My focus clear. My path is straight. My God, reliable. I'm a disciple of Christ.

Gods plan is like the sun. its too big and bright to look at directly, and sometimes the rain clouds cover it, but sometimes the plan dapples through the clouds and we can see beautiful glimpses of what he has in store for us.

Thanks everyone. But it doesn't look like this is going to happen. Dad wanted to call when he was there but yesterday dad didn't want to call and today my friend goes and tells me he's going over a friend's house to sleep over. Dad actually does call because friend said his mother would call around 8 and didn't - no answer. So I'm leaving for New York around 6. I was really looking forward to this happening. Guess I just wasn't suppose to go.

I suppose this is a praise. Well either way you look at it. A few days late but all the same. When dad comes home he's gunna be looking for tickets and such for me, I had to call to figure out things for myself. Mum thought sheh ad heard that I would need a photo id which thankfully I don't because I don't have one (not until I'm 18) Need to get back in contact with my friend to get the tiny details figured out and such but other then that ^^ Its set. When in New York over the weekend we went to Benders and found two perfect little friendship cards so I'm putting those into a pocket KJV Bible I've gotten him for a late Easter "gift". Thank you all.

I'll be praying for you and Zarn there Angel.
