A family around the block has lost their home. Please pray.

A family around the block and up the street from me has just lost their home. The father and children were out doing something and when the mother came home from work she went to sleep and woke up to the smell of smoke. She went to her neighbor's house in a panic once she realized her house was on fire, but then went back in to get her dog. Both were alright and it seems nobody at all was hurt, thank God. None the less the house is tourched. Fire fighters came and put it out, but the house doesn't look good. Granted it is very dark, I'm hoping the damage isn't as bad as it looked tonight. I don't know this family personally, but I would be greatful if you would pray with me for them.

Will do. Hope things work out for them.

mechana2015: Does that answer your question?

K. Ayato: Perfectly.

Thank you everyone! I can't imagine how bad this must feel for them, they aren't going to have a very fun holiday I'd assume. :( They don't know what caused the fire yet and now my own paranoia is alight. I'm just glad no one died.

I'll pray for them. Maybe you can use this tragedy as an opportunity to touch them somehow with the love of Christ.

I could probably try if I ever get the chance to see them. (Must resist urge to not be anti-social.) They might be staying somewhere else for all I know considering their poor house probably isn't safe to stay in now.
