I know there are a lot of people asking for prayer right now, but well, I'm in a bit of a bind you see ^^ how to explain?
Well, this morning I went on a beautiful walk with God, and came back and grabbed the mail, inside was a letter from the food-stamps. Now, I normally wouldn't open my sisters mail, but I did this morning and to my dismay, discovered they were cutting us off. I was shocked, and annoyed. We had done everything asked of us, reporting changes and giving them the information. So why was this happening? I didn't want to wake my sister up (it was 6 a.m.) but my anxiety got the better of me and I asked her why it was happening. She was upset, because she knew why. I, had absolutely no clue that her boss was paying her "under the table." Meaning; no pay stubs, which means, she WASN'T reporting the fact that she had a worker to the county. Well, clearly I was shocked, I know this woman, she's a friend. My sister said she never realized what her boss meant until after she got laid-off (yes my sister no longer has that job, because her bosses landlady didn't like my sister, she was too slow apparently) anyway, she's going to call them today and explain things to them. But, if it doesn't work out... it means, I have a serious issue for food money.
Thus why I need a second job. ^^ Also, I'm supposed to be saving for a car, yeeeaaaah riiiiiight that's going to happen NOT! -_- so I either need to become a famous author *glitter of hope* or more realistically, get a second job. XD If I were just feeding myself, this would be no big deal, I could deal with a small supply of food and such, but...my sister is all; "I want this, that, this..." not always, but whenever I reprimand her for buying things we don't need, she gets mad at me and calls me a bully. (This is not to make my older sister sound childish, but, I must say she really gets ticked at me too easily. I'm just trying to get us healthy and save money!!) She feels bad for not having a job, so she's trying hard to get one. Which is nice, but Maryland seems to have very little to offer in the way of jobs. :/
So, if you all could pray for me, that would be great. ^^ Though, this may contradict my post, I'm not actually worried. ^^ I've placed my trust in God and I know He is with me. So here I go, regardless of what happens, I will smile and trust God. What else can I do? :3
