*twirls his sword on the ground, the point downwards*

Well, I'm feeling a bit...well I'm not really feeling much of anything right now...I just found out where I work that even though I'm a Shift Supervisor, worked there for 10 months, closing shift, I know everything in the entire store, can get everything done in time before I close for the night...

I was being babysat all the time.

Other shift supervisors and managers are working with me and I thought that all this time I was just getting help because it was now the time of the season where everything gets really busy...that wasn't it.

My boss doesn't trust me. The first couple months I had trouble getting things balanced out for deposits and tills and such and I would mess things up. The 3rd or 4th month, everything was working out and I was getting things done in time for close, although it's now the 10th month and I'm still being babysat...this is stupid!

I'm basically putting the other shift supervisors and managers out because they have to constantly look over my shoulder and see that I'm doing the work.

I'm talking to my boss the next day I work and let them know that I can do this myself now! I don't need someone looking over my shoulder anymore, seriously.

I kindly wish for your prayers to go towards helping me find confidence to tell my boss to trust me some more, and let me take care of my shift myself.

I've worked at my current job for, oh about 17 years. I don't know everything. 10 months is not that long. Be cautious of going to your manager and saying you can do everything by yourself. He will probably point out a bunch of places that contradict this (being the manager that he is) and it might go badly. Maybe just mention that you "heard" that others are having to spend extra time checking on your work and you would like to understand if there is a problem. There might not be, and this is just harassment from other workers. Try to enjoy what you are doing and get better at it each day. If the boss wants to waste others' time checking on you, it's their problem.

Praying.
