Well, nothing weird is happening now (I disconnected for a few minutes) So I'll just stay on long enough to explain. I was on a Yahoo chat, and I was gonna talk and it kept cutting out, saying I couldn't connect to the server. I just thought Yahoo was messing up. But, there was someone talking to me, and he started counting down, and then it would disconnect... I turned voice off so it wouldn't do that, but he kept talking and it wouldn't turn off... It was a christian room, and he starts playing something that he guessed would offend me (though i've listened to Tenacious D) I thoght he might be hacking me, so I said it, because he was describing what was on my screen... He saw when my media player was open, and was screwing up my connection whenever I tried to start a song or moved my mouse near the talk button, and he was describing what was going on someone elses screen too... I figure I'll need to delete my sensative files... I hope my mom's credit card # isn't on here... Or my SSN... He said he loved screwing with people and he was messing up my connection... If he has my IP, I don't want to stick around...

Probably a script kiddie. Update your Windows files to the latest security patches and delete all spywares and others in your system. Probably getting to your systems by one of millions of security holes an unpatched Windows have.

If you have dialup, you usually don't get static IP so the IP changes when you redial.

Thanks RK, and thanks Lorentz... I will try getting updates, but it's a problem in YAHOO not in windows... There are big sites for Yahoo hacking...

THanks... I don't think he had my IP... Just hacked Yahoo... This is a big problem in their chats. Trolls have absolute power, because they can download software to boot anyone they want and really wreak havoc... I've decided not to stay off... I think I'm safe...

I'm glad it's just Yahoo. Good to know you can stick around.

Not really... I'm probably on some sort of list of "people to mess with" now, for the hackers that hang out in "Christians are hatefull" room and come to the Christian rooms to harass people...

I'm not gonna worry too much... Hopefully Yahoo will fix security problems and this will all be a moot point in a little while...
