a step twoards possibly a girlfriend

a praise and a prayer request. Well Ive liked this girl for a while and well I just asked her to my senior prom.

Her parents dont like her doing stuff like that (i tried getting a dat eotgther but her parents didnt want her to) but miraciously, her parents agreed!! Though possibly only to the Banquest cause her mom isnt to keen on the idea of the After Prom (12-till 5 in the morning). I dont think she knows what it is so my moms going to talk to her.
Pray that this might be possibly the girl I date but also a praise that she can actually go!

I will pray for you, and for this situation.

On a related note, I would also ask that people pray for me. Loneliness weighs heavily on my mind from time to time (more times that I would like, to be honest), so please pray that I would have peace and patience until I meet someone special.

well ive been girlfriendless my entire life so hopefully this is an answer to my prayer.

we finally ifgured out what we will have at the prom dinner

we're ordering the Roasted Trukey Breast with other types of assorted yummy food :lol:

Also pray that I can scougne up 100 and some dollars.... I was saving up to buy some anime :waah!:

Ah, girls...lol. Loneliness is a common enemy, and Anime is NOT a good cure for it, as much as I'd like it to be. Some Anime somewhat rips out your emotions, tinkers with them and turns them inside out, and throws them somewhere. It can make you feel even more lonely. But things will work out. Alot of times I catch myself looking at the stars at night, and being lonely, but I brush that off quickly, as most of the time I'm practicing with my sword, and can't allow anything to distract me. Women; can't live with em', can't live without 'em, lol. The first part of that saying I disagree with, heh. But, anyhow....

Wow, this is like an all guys post or something. *looks at all the single men and sweatdrops* Oh help, anyway. I will pray for you Hitokiri-san! I never realized how much older you are than me! Wow...um...anyway that's so cute! *aaawww's Hitokiri into the 23rd Century* I hope she goes and you guys get to be a couple! That's so awesome! As for you single fellows....she's out there. Be patient and one day you'll wake up and God'll be like " Look at that chick! Go talk to her!" And you'll be changed for life! I promise! Just pray and be patient! *hearts to all!*

Well we're going to Prom but she's trying to convince her parents to let her go to After Prom. My mom talked to her mom to explain what After Prom is all about (chaperone, lock in). Her mom proably thought it was like a un-chaperone party. I hope she goes cause it won't be as fun without her there.

Well...i hung out with her today at Drama practice at church and usually she hangs out with her friends but today she was around me the entire night and when we were eating pizza, she actually sat next to me!! :lol:

maybe thats a good sign

hey congrats man.. enjoy your prom i was once in a situation like this a girl i met... went to same church went to bible study thursday and friday with her.. started to like her.. asked her to prom she said yes her mom was cool but she was to afraid to ask her dad so i asked her and he said yes which was really suprising but then shes not really the i dont know how to put this but shes no really the smartest person... she ran away from home like the week before prom and got drunk and yea... then she got grounded so i had to cancel everything that i had set up for prom but oh well i saved some money because i heard prom sucks but i still feel like im going to regret not going...

hmm ill never understand girls.. this one girl just the otherday well i dont know its a long story but like me and some friends in rotc were going to go out and play football and like this guy was like grabbing this girls butt and stuff and she kept saying stop and well i have a hard time controling my temper when stuff like this happens so i was like hey stop and hes like no she likes it so i hit him pretty hard... and hes like geez dude calm down i was only playing with her and i told him thats not the right way to treat a girl.. and then we went out to the field and the same guy was like im going to rip off your shirt whenever i tackle you and i said not when im around...but she was doing some mad flirting and stuff lol i dont even know how to flirt back very well but yea it was kind of weird i was like in my head uhh i only knew you like an hour now.. i dont know maybe i was her sense of protection or something because she never left my side the hole game haha sorry about the book...

Congradulations, I'll pray for you. Theres a girl I know that I really like a lot but I want to wait for God's ok signal before I act. I've been praying about it and I think I need to do some bible study and come closer to God First.
