eep! I'm afraid!

well im at a dilemma and eep! Im afraid!

You see in my youth group I like this one girl and I think she likes me back (that fact that asked her to my best friends wedding as my date and she said she would love to go). Anyways....I have a tiny hint (well....a pretty big hint) that her younger sister likes me too :eh:

Thing is im 18, her sister is in 8th grade (i think me sitting on the ocuch in the youth room and her sitting next to me with her head on my shoudlers is a clear hint that she likes me).

If me and this girl (not the younger sister) do end up going out, I don't know how her younger sister will act towards her sister or me. So yeah.... Pray for that situation cause I'm fairly confused at this point and how I should act towards a 8th grader who has a crush on me.

Oop...o_O I don't have any good advice -____- But do pray about it, and I'll pray. I will say this though-- you can't trust your feelings; don't let emotions get the better of you.

Also, if it comes down to it, you may need to lovingly tell the 8th grader that you're too old for her...o.O She might get her feelings hurt, but IMO that's better than other stuff that could happen.

Um...I hope I didn't confuse you or anything o_O

Question: Do you have a younger brother? You could always pawn him off on the girl's sister. *wink*

Advice: Instead of approaching the younger sister about the, "You like me", issue, mayhap it would be best if you talk to the girl you like about the situation. Tell her you feel a tad uncomfortable because her sis is always resting her head on you, peering at you, etc. Honesty is the best policy, and this includes how you feel.

You see, you do not want to come between the sisters - life between female siblings is bad enough without a boy getting in the way (believe me, I have a younger sis). If you take the side bench and let the girls work it out on their own, it should be less stressful in the long run for everyon!

And yes, I will pray for you, you mac-daddy you. ;) (Teasing, oh-so teasing.)

Ha! That's great Akaida! I wish I had something helpful to say to you, but I don't. I will pray for you though. Good luck.

I'll pray... I also have a little to say on this; when I was in 8th grade, *I* had a crush on an 18-year-old (Yes, laugh away), and him getting a girlfriend actaully helped me get over it. ^_^ So, yeah... that's my $.02. XD
